Hooray Indoor Playground Katy

I had my daughter's second party there this past Sunday and everything was perfect. I can't thank you enough to Tiffani and Geidy for helping out with everything. I did love the fact that we had the whole place for her party. Also, it's great that you can bring your own drinks, food, and desserts when you book a package with one of their rooms. Would highly recommend!

Customer service is super positive! I was highly impressed with the ladies working there. We came on the day the Easter Bunny was dancing and taking photos with the kids along with an egg hunt. I love that Hooray is a smaller place compared to the other indoor playgrounds because Mami’s not running around the whole facility looking for her runaway bunny! There’s a variety for the littles and bigger kids up to about 8 or 9. The facility was very clean and they offered a variety of snacks and drinks. My son loved it here, and we both had fun dancing with the Easter Bunny!

We love Hooray and highly recommend it!!! The team is really involved and caring. The classes are super fun, and they have such creative activities for the children. The place is well-kept, well-equipped, clean and beautiful. They are also starting to do sessions to speak with childhood psychologist and owner, Rebecca, who is so helpful. Thank you for what you guys do. You provide a wonderful service!

We held our baby girl’s first birthday party here and they did an AMAZING job! They were able to create a custom theme which turned out spectacular. They were very organized, courteous, helpful and attentive which gave my husband and I a peace of mind all night. They went above and beyond. We received so many compliments about the decor and just the overall playground of just how much fun it was for all the kids. I highly recommend this venue for a birthday party due to the stress free environment and beautiful decorations!

I tried this place out with my 18 month old and honestly feel like it’s not worth what they charge. On my first visit, I was offered a membership as soon as I walked in without a chance to even see the facility. It felt aggressive. When I said I wanted to check it out before committing to a membership, I was charged for admission. At the end of our visit, we agreed to do the membership and we were charged for that as well without discounting our admission fee, which I thought was a bit shady given that the membership was for unlimited classes. I definitely felt like I was ripped off as most places just credit the cost of the admission when you purchase an unlimited membership. The ball cannon is also extremely loud and there is no real barrier other than thick plastic curtains to keep small kids out of the area. So basically with a small child your limited to the wooden playground area and a small area in the back with cushions. Its only enjoyable when no one is using the ball cannons. The one class we attended was fun. My child enjoyed it. But overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. We cancelled our membership.
